Shipping
Please note: Our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 1 to 2 days of ordering, some orders may take additional time.
Canadian orders are shipped from Manitoba, Canada. Orders within Canada are not subject to duties or customs. Average shipping time is 2-3 business days if we can send with UPS. Some remote areas we may have to choose Canada Post which will be closer to 5-7 business days.
USA orders are shipped from Minnesota, USA. Orders within USA are not subject to duties or customs. Currently our average shipping time is 2-5 business days, but preparing your may add several days to when your shipment would arrive.
Orders containing "PREORDER" items will not follow our standard shipping times. Your order will ship once all preorder items arrive at our warehouse.
