How do I choose the correct size for myself and my child?
As each style may fit a little differently due to their individual design, and every little one's size varies, we have sizing guides for all of our garments under the "Sizing" section on each product description page. If we have noticed that an item does not follow our size chart it will be disclosed in the description. Our sizing guides are the best tool to use in order to select the correct size for your child and for yourself.
If following your review of the sizing guide you are still unsure what size to choose we suggest sizing up for kids as they can always grow into it!
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Simply type “Gift Card” in the search feature or follow THIS link and you will be guided to our available selections. All Gift Cards are digital and sent to the purchasers email address. Once received the purchaser can forward the digital Gift Card to whatever email address they wish. Gift Cards are redeemed at checkout.
Why is my discount code not working?
Here are some possible reasons for your discount code to not be working:
- Only one discount code can be applied to an order.
- Most discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to items already at a discount.
- Many of our discount codes can only be used once.
Do I have to pay any duties and taxes on my purchases?
For orders within the United States and Canada, there are no duties and taxes charged. For purchases outside of the United States and Canada you may be required to pay duties/taxes on your orders but we do our best on our end to minimize this fee.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify your order. If you contact us right away via pigeonsaidplease@gmail.com we will try our best to adhere to your wishes as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped we can no longer do this.
How do I process a return?
To find out if your item is legible for a return please read over our return policy. If you are legible for a return you can process a return here. We do not offer exchanges.
I placed a recent order and now my item is on sale. Can the sale discount be applied to my recently ordered item?
We do not issue price adjustments on the occasion that an item ordered by a customer has since then been marked down to a lower cost.
My order has arrived and its faulty! Now what do i do?
In the occurrence that an item is missing from your order or you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email pigeonsaidplease@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order and you will be given a instructions of what to do. Items must not have been washed or worn.
If your item has come apart at the seam within the first 30 days of receiving your order, feel free to contact us and we will find a solution for you.
If it has been more than 30 days since you have received your order please do not contact us as this is outside our return policy.
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock), credit or refund. We may ask you to send back the faulty item (at our cost) before issuing a refund.
